COBOX VA – for fermentation
By purchasing a COBOX unit, you invest in a cabinet system for storing fresh and frozen pastries and semi-finished products. In this cabinet, your dough pieces can go through defrosting, slow defrosting and interrupted defrosting processes.
Temperature range from -25 °C to +40 °C
Equipped with the innovative IQ COOL control as standard, you can choose between a slide-in trolley or tray design depending on your company’s specific needs. The automatic defrost function makes cleaning the machine very easy.
COBOX HLF – Shock freezing and storage
The COBOX HLF allows you to freeze fresh dough pieces and store frozen dough and bakery semi-finished products.
For long-term storage of frozen dough pieces and defrosting, it is also possible to blast freeze dough pieces.
The temperature range is from -25 °C to -5 °C.
