Machines for the production of minced fish
The fish crushing press is designed for the production of minced meat from oceanic or river fish. The raw material for the device is fish cut into pieces without heads and entrails. After entering the mechanical deboning press, the fish is stretched between the pressing drum and the perforated grinding belt, where the fish fillet is pressed through the small holes of the drum, being ground into minced meat. The skin, bones and scales come out through a special opening.
Machines for glazing fish
Equipment designed to continuously glaze a product by passing it under a laminar waterfall of water. In the waterfall area, the conveyor has a concave shape, and a pool of water only a few mm deep is created to wet and glaze the surface of the product lying on the belt. The product is moved along the glazer using a conveyor. The time during which the product is soaked with water from the waterfall and pool is regulated by changing the speed of the conveyor to obtain the desired percentage of glaze required for each process.
