Shock freezing tunnel

The tunnel blast freezer is an indispensable equipment for food processing companies with an in-line production process of semi-finished and perishable products. This equipment can be used for deep freezing large volumes of product, the temperature is usually -35°C, the process takes from 30 to 240 minutes, depending on the product and the initial temperature.

Tunnel blast freezer

In tunnel freezers, the product is placed on pallets on trolleys, which are unloaded and loaded manually. The freezing time for a single batch depends on the type of product and the capacity of the chamber.

Freezing process in the quick freeze tunnel

The process is carried out by means of intensive air flow through the product in a chamber with a temperature of -18°C and up to -40°C. The standard is -35°C, and in special cases it can be as low as -65°C.
