- Shock freezing is carried out at a lower temperature from -18°C to -40°C for a very short time from 30 to 240 minutes, depending on the product and the initial temperature. The shock freezing chamber is used for freezing semi-finished products, ice cream, desserts, juices, vegetables, fruits, berries, meat, fish, seafood and other products.
