Machines for sorting fish
Fish sorting machines usually use the slot sorting principle, which is based on the proportional relationship between fish thickness and length. The required size series can be obtained by adjusting the gap between the shafts.
The working principle of the fish sorting machine
When feeding the fish, it falls into position along the axis of the sorting shafts. Small fish, depending on the selected gap, will fall into the gaps and fall on one of the diverted conveyors, larger fish will move to the exit and fall on another conveyor. Division can be carried out into several fractions. This depends on the selected clearances and the number of trays or conveyors that take the fish to other machines for processing or packaging.
