Vertical plate freezer
The freezing process takes an average of 30 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on the thickness of the device cell, the type of product and its initial temperature.
The product is loaded between the plates, which are cooled directly by the refrigerant (Freon, ammonia or intermediate refrigerant). After the freezing process, the defrosting unit is switched on, which peels the product off the plates of the plate machine, and then the hydraulic cylinders are ready with frozen product blocks for subsequent packaging and storage.
