Bubble washing machine
The bubble washer is a very versatile device that allows you to wash most floating fruits and vegetables. It is used in almost every fruit and vegetable processing plant.
Bubble washing machine – principle of operation
This device is used for washing vegetables and fruits in “boiling water”. In a bubble washing device, air is pumped into the lower part of the bath. The movement of the product along the line is facilitated by a jet of water that pushes the product. The processes can be controlled, thanks to which you can slow down the device and thus get a more thorough cleaning. Or speed it up, thereby increasing the productivity of the device. At the final stage of the machine, spray nozzles are installed, which additionally wash the raw materials. You can freely modify the operation of the nozzles, choosing to rinse with purified and/or fresh water. After finishing work, the device can be washed with a high pressure washer (with special care on some elements). In some cases, it is advisable to install an immersion device to increase the cleaning efficiency. This option is indispensable when working with leafy products. At the request of the customer, an additional detergent/chemical dosing system can be installed in the machine, which will significantly increase the cleaning efficiency of the product.
