The automatic packaging line is designed for packaging food products in a neutral gas environment (modified atmosphere) or in a vacuum in a pre-made polymer container. The containers with the product are placed on the feeding conveyor manually or automatically. Then the container enters the vacuum chamber, where the air is evacuated (vacuum is created) and the container is filled with a mixture of gases.
At the end of the vacuum and/or gas filling cycle, the upper open part of the container is sealed with a film, followed by cutting the film around the perimeter of the container.
Box packing machines
The machine packs and stacks fish fillets and whole loins in polystyrene and cardboard boxes immediately after cutting according to the exact requirements of fixed weight or catch weight and predefined styling template. Fillets can be packed skin to skin or meat to meat.
The system virtually eliminates manual handling from the packaging process. The system fully automates the process, ensuring that when a box reaches the target weight, it is immediately transported off the robot and automatically replaced with another box.
Weighing and labeling machine
The weighing and labeling machine is a high-speed, approved price labeling machine that applies printed self-adhesive labels with weight or fixed weight information to packaged food products.
The labels can be applied to any surface of the product. The machine can provide the ability to print various barcode formats, as well as record and print data such as weighing data, dates and times, and all relevant product information in one or more languages.
Food metal detectors are specialized devices used in the food industry to detect and remove metal impurities in food products. They use advanced technologies to detect the presence of metal foreign bodies and improve food safety.
An important parameter for such equipment is the sensitivity of the metal detector, i.e. its ability to detect even small metal particles in the product. The higher the sensitivity, the better it detects even small metal fragments. Accuracy is also important to reduce the number of false alarms and ensure reliable results.
