Industrial ice machines are available as a ready-made solution or as a custom-made solution. At your request, the ice maker can include an automatic self-cleaning system, as well as operate on environmentally friendly refrigerant CO₂.
Industrial ice machines for CO₂
For industrial ice machines, we offer a CO₂ (R744) refrigerant cooling system. These systems are environmentally friendly and provide significant energy savings, in some cases achieving a 25-40% reduction in energy consumption.
Flake ice machines
These ice machines produce flake ice plates that have the lowest temperature among all types of food ice (from -6 to -12 °C). Flake ice is used at meat processing plants, bakeries and confectioneries, for product display at retail and catering facilities, as well as at fish production and processing plants.
Flake ice generator for fishing boats
These ice generators are designed to produce ice directly on fishing vessels using both fresh and seawater. These ice machines can be connected to the onboard R449A refrigeration system.
Granular ice machines
An ice machine produces granules up to 10 mm in size, with an ice temperature of about -0.5 °C. Such ice does not stick together and provides food with the necessary level of cooling, and the absence of sharp edges allows you to put food on such ice without the risk of damage, which is especially important for laying out fish and some seafood.
Granular ice machines are often used in food processing plants, for example, to cool minced meat to prevent excessive heat during processing, and in confectioneries and bakeries to cool dough when it is fed into a dough mixer or planetary mixer.
