It operates on REICH’s unique cross-flow air circulation principle, which guarantees the highest performance and shortest cycle time with optimal finished product quality. It has been designed specifically for products that are processed in gastronorms or on griddles.
Drying, cooking and baking chambers without smokers operate with a vertical air supply and are particularly suitable for vertically suspended food. And with the correct load, they are also suitable for products in a horizontal position. The units are available in various sizes, with capacities from 1 to 14 trolleys, with single or double row loading.
Boiling and cooking in steam chambers work with a vertical air supply and are very suitable for products in a vertical and horizontal position. The UK is available in all sizes, with capacities from 1 to 14 trolleys, and with single or double row loading.
