Smoke generators (ecological)
The smoke generators i are high-performance smoulder smoke generators for damp sawdust of grain size 0.7-2.5 mm. They are characterised by a typically classic aroma. They are highly suitable for adding other aromatic smoking substances such as juniper berries or pine needles.
The working principle of the ecological smoke generator
A smoulder smoke generator for sawdust generates the smoke through the automatic, controlled smouldering of wood sawdust. The sawdust is dampened before smoking. The density of the smoke can be selected by setting the controls to one of various levels (light, normal, intensive). Depending on the flavour, different wood types are used or additional flavours are added.
Equipment of an ecological smoke generator
All smoulder smoke generators are fitted with a preventative safety system. This means that the controls permanently monitor all safety-relevant parameters and triggers corresponding measures to restore a safe operating condition before critical values are reached. The controls permanently inform the user about the operating condition.
