Vacuum thermoforming lines
The automatic vacuum thermoforming line is designed for fast packaging of products in trays (both soft and rigid), which are formed from film directly on this machine and sealed using vacuum/gas technology.
Application of the thermoforming packaging line
The thermoforming line is ideal for packaging various food products, such as meat and meat products, seafood, fish products, cheeses, semi-finished products, vegetables and fruits. The packaging is realized in vacuum packaging, gas-filled packaging or skin packaging (the film follows the contour of the product). The thermoforming line automatically forms the package, creates a vacuum or fills the package with gas, and seals the package.
The mold is calculated individually for each package, and the machine can be operated in a production line together with other equipment, such as a datar, filling, dosing and labeling equipment. The advantages of this type of packaging are reliable protection of products from unfavorable influencing factors. Thanks to this type of packaging, the products retain their original appearance, smell and taste for a long period of time.
