Ice generators
Devices for the production of ice crumbs, which are necessary for rapid cooling of minced meat to a low temperature, which ensures the required structure of the protein fraction and prevents excessive heating of raw meat. Cold water can also be used to maintain the desired temperature.
Grinders and commercial meat grinders
Equipment for grinding meat raw materials with a high content of veins and for processing frozen minced meat. All parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, which makes it impossible to corrode. The steel is characterized by high strength characteristics; interchangeable grates serve as additional protection against accidental ingress of metal impurities into the product.
Stuffing mixers
The machines are designed for the preparation of minced meat. Special mixing modes ensure that the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the volume. They are available in different versions – closed, open, vacuum.
Industrial cutters
Devices for fine grinding of meat raw materials, mixing of recipe ingredients, achievement of a given consistency with the required viscosity parameters. Depending on the technological design, the cutters can be open, vacuum (with a hermetically sealed lid), continuous and batch.
Syringes for sausages
The equipment is designed for stuffing with minced meat or fish. Stuffing can be raw, boiled, smoked. The ends of the casing are tied with twine.
Clippers for sausages
Machines for packing meat products in soft casing. The fixing clip is applied in automatic, semi-automatic or manual mode (the equipment is selected depending on the production volume). Prices for clippers are quite affordable for all producers – from small farm workshops to large meat processing enterprises.

Forming machines
The automatic forming machine for semi-finished products is designed for automatic forming of semi-finished products of three-dimensional shape, such as cutlets, nuggets, shaped forms (chicken leg shape, fish shape, etc.).
Breading machine
A breading machine is used to apply dry breading to a product with both fine and coarse breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs circulation system ensures minimal damage to the breadcrumbs themselves, as well as the required distribution of coarse and fine breadcrumbs on the product surface.
The machine for applying l’espresso
A lysine coating machine is used to apply lysine (batter) to the product. Battering is a preparatory stage before breading the product, and ensures that the breading layer adheres well to the product. The product is placed manually or automatically on a stainless mesh conveyor belt, which is then transported through the batter curtains.
Automatic frying
The conveyor fryer is designed for continuous frying of semi-finished products (chicken nuggets, cutlets, burgers, fish sticks, vegetables, etc.) in preheated oil. The semi-finished product falls on the conveyor mesh of the lower conveyor and is immersed in a bath of oil, the product in the bath moves in the gap between two meshes, the gap between the meshes is adjustable.
