Storage and blast freezing
The COSERV blast freezing and storage systems provide storage of fully cooked, raw or fresh bakery and confectionery products, and in a separate “blast chamber” COSERV E – shock freezing is implemented to achieve the desired temperature for storage or packaging as quickly as possible.
COSERV K for frozen storage
For freezing fresh dough, cakes, pies and bakery products for long-term storage. The K-series bakery freezer can be set to a temperature range of -25 to -10 °C. Even the most complex bakery and confectionery products are easy to store and freeze thanks to the relatively high humidity and low cold air flow rate. The housing is made of 120 mm thick stainless steel with full perimeter insulation. The high-performance units can be operated at ambient temperatures of up to 43 °C.
COSERV E – for deep and blast freezing
The COSERV E is distinguished by a separate “shock compartment” that allows for fast freezing of premium products. The temperature range of the chamber is from -35 to -5 °C. The body is made entirely of stainless steel with 120 mm thick insulation around the perimeter. This series has a separate storage compartment, which makes it particularly efficient and economical in terms of energy consumption. On request, the storage compartment can be equipped with a temperature sensor inside the product. The high-performance units can be operated at ambient temperatures of up to 43 °C.
