Industrial meat injectors

The machines ensure fast and high-quality brine impregnation of raw materials. This procedure not only gives the product special flavor characteristics, but also makes it juicier and more tender. In addition, the saturated liquid protects the meat from various bacteria.
The device is equipped with a set of needles, which can contain from 20 to 120 pieces. Depending on the volume of processed pieces and the type of product, the type and thickness of the needles is selected. Products can have holes throughout the entire surface or only at the tip. The design of their attachment also plays an important role. Due to the backlash allowed, the needle is deflected sideways when it comes into contact with the bone. Some devices have a safety or emergency shutdown system.
