Fish washing machines
Two types of equipment are commonly used – a drum washer and an elevator washer. The type of washing machine is selected according to the type of fish and your process.
Drum washing machine
The fish washing machine, using a rotating drum and water nozzles under pressure, allows you to wash fish efficiently and continuously. The fish washing machine is ideal for installation on continuous processing lines. To wash the product, it is loaded into the middle of the prism or into a drum, the drum is made of perforated sheet metal. Inside the drum, a metal helicoid is welded to it, which, when rotating, smoothly and continuously moves the fish forward and continuously turns it so that the water washes it from all sides. The washing process takes place due to the supply of water under pressure, it comes out of the nozzles installed in the pipe, the nozzles are located inside the drum, thanks to which the machine effectively washes the fish during the entire journey inside.
Washing machine (Elevator washing machine)
The product is loaded into a tank where a large amount of water circulates for cleaning without affecting its quality. To remove the accumulated fish from the buffer tank with water inside, the product extraction conveyor motor is started, which removes the product from inside the tank and transfers it to the next phase of the process. The amount of extracted product is regulated by adjusting the speed of the extraction conveyor and the stop/start sequence. These parameters are set in the control panel.
Bubble washing machine
For gentle washing of fish, the machine can be equipped with a jacuzzi system, which allows you to wash fish very softly and delicately. For this, the turbine blows air into perforated pipes located at the base of the tank. Air escapes through the holes, creating bubbles that stir the water. The product is stirred the entire time it remains in the tank, so it is effectively washed out and does not get damaged.
