Water air washer
The washing machine is based on the constant loading of products into a bath filled with water. The product first goes to the front of the bath, where it is cleaned of dirt. The water air washer is equipped with a conveyor system with a modular belt for the final removal of water. The belt speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The water air washer can also be fitted with nozzles for the final rinsing of the berry, and an optional air blower can be installed to dry the berry.
Fruit brush washer
A brush washer is “tougher” and is therefore more commonly used for vegetables. Different brushes are used depending on the end use. A brush washer allows for gentle washing: cleaning from dirt for packaging and distribution to the end consumer. Another option is dirt and peeling for further processing of vegetables.
Vibrating conveyor washing machine
The products entering the machine continuously rotate around themselves and also the washing chamber with the effect of the high pressure water and fall to the vibration conveyor. High pressure in the washing chamber ensures excellent hygienic- bacterial condition and perfect washing results.
Then the products falling on the conveyor from the washing chamber are rinsed with clean water by the rinse nozzles.The remaining particles fall down from the perforated sheet bottom of the conveyor by the effect of vibration. A second filter, located at this point, allows the particles to leave the system directly. Finally the water, which is free of undesirable particles, is taken to the feed hopper and from there goes to the wash hopper for reuse.
Immerse drum washer
Drum washer machines consist of a perforated drum that rotates and installed under the slope. Vegetables and water are supplied inside. Under the influence of gravity, due to the inclination of the drum, the vegetables gradually pass through the drum and fall into the vegetable receiver.
Washing is carried out by friction of the vegetables against each other and the drum wall. This machine is suitable for potatoes, carrots and other vegetables that are resistant to damage.
Flotation washer
A device used for washing green peas and corn. It can be an element of production lines for the food industry.
In the flotation washing section, due to the appropriate shaping of the nozzles and water channels, the immersion of the product is forced, which results in washing. It is possible to equip the machine with a floating debris removal system.
Then the product, along with the water from the washer, flows into the vibratory separator. The separated water returns to a closed circuit, whereas the product is fed to the rest of the production line.
Paddle washers
Paddle washers are bathtubs with rotating blades inside, which delicately mix the product and wash away surface dirt. To improve the quality of cleaning from adhering dirt, water with air bubbles can be supplied to the tank under pressure.
