Diagonal fish slicer
Cutting at an angle gives a natural look to the cut pieces of fish. The machine can be supplied as a single-chamber product or with additional side chambers for more rounded products, as well as the function of changing the angle of the knife relative to the vertical position from 0° to 30° or 45°. A typical application of a diagonal slicer is fish or chicken fillets. The slitting machine can be supplied in an automatic or semi-automatic configuration. Automatic machines are equipped with a process control system for which the selected program in the on-board computer is responsible, which calculates all the parameters of the fish or fish fillet and performs slicing according to the specified parameters of the thickness of the cut and the weight of the product.
Portable slicer
This machine is used for vertical portioning of flat products with a fixed weight, such as fish or chicken fillets, or when it is only necessary to cut to a fixed thickness. The machines provide various slicing options, such as: slicing into cubes, straws, ordinary pieces of a given thickness. The equipment is supported individually for your technological process and types of fish products.
Band saw machine
The machine is designed for longitudinal processing of raw or frozen fish. As a result of processing, two equal pieces of fish are formed in terms of size and weight. The machine is safe to operate – the operator just needs to place the frozen or raw product between two conveyor belts. Since the blade of the saw is very thin, it ensures minimal loss of product during processing. The machine is compact, easy to maintain and meets high sanitary and hygienic requirements.
