Principle of action flotation washing machine

The product is fed into the front part of the device, where there is a hopper with a water drive and is evenly distributed over the plane of the device. The direction of rotation is opposite to the direction of movement of the load. Special modules, which are equipped with a flotation sink, precipitate small stones, which are then sent to the container. After the stone removal procedure, floating impurities are separated from the product, which is transported to the flotation section. In the flotation sink section, thanks to the appropriate shape of the nozzles and water channels, the product is forced to sink, which leads to washing. Further, the product, together with water from the washer, enters the vibrating separator. The separated water is returned to the closed circuit, while the product is fed to the rest of the production line.
