Intensive cooling equipment
The intensive cooling system configuration is available in several variants, such as intensive cooling units for fast, safe and economical cooling of products and a combi system that integrates the functions of a universal smoking chamber and an intensive cooling unit.
Configuration of systems for intensive cooling:
Intensive cooling systems are units for the fast, safe and economical cooling of cooked foods. Thanks to the fast passage through critical temperature ranges, the shelf life and quality of products are significantly increased.
The combined system (smokehouse and intensive cooling) combines the functions of a universal smokehouse and an intensive cooling system. The feature of this hybrid is the ability to implement all thermal processes, including intensive cooling, in a single unit.
Intensive cooling equipment
The design of the units is based on a modular kit system that can be combined to expand the camera. Mineral full insulation (temperature-resistant up to +650°C) protects against heat losses. The top section and the side walls of each chamber module contain the air preparation unit with ventilator and intensive cooling package.
Advantages: Energy efficiency through intelligent processes;Optionally with boil function;High load capacity; Fully stainless steel 1.4301; Mineral full insulation; No uninsulated housing parts; Small width and height.
Combined system (smoke chamber and intensive cooling)
The possible applications of the units are almost unlimited. Not only are the traditional applications of warming, drying, smoking, cooking, roasting, hot-air cooking, etc. possible, so are all the cooling processes from constant rinsing and interval rinsing (with and without fine atomisation) and high quality intensive cooling.
Advantages: Allows all processes in one system: Warming – Drying – Smoking – Boiling – Rinsing – Intensive cooling; Does not need an expensive and maintenance-intensive transport system; Less space needed.
